LODGING A CLAIM
Here you can make an insurance claim by downloading our claim forms in either PDF format or Microsoft Word format which you can email back to us.
General Claims
Advise PIB of any incident that may develop into a claim against you as soon as possible. Forward copies of any written demands you receive to PIB immediately along with a completed claim form. In the event of loss or damage take all necessary precautions to prevent further loss or damage. Report all losses involving loss of money, burglary or malicious damage to the police immediately. Advise PIB as soon as possible so that appointment of a loss assessor can be arranged. Complete a claim form and forward it to PIB along with supporting receipts or invoices.

Motor Vehicle Claims
With regard to own vehicle damage, obtain two quotations and arrange an assessment through PIB or direct with your insurer. A completed claim form must be left with the vehicle at the time of assessment. Should your driver be at fault he/she should not admit liability but merely exchange particulars with the third party.
